We’re a fast-growing custom embroidery business looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Specialist to join our team. If you have experience with commercial embroidery machines and a passion for personalized textile products, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain embroidery machines (multi-needle preferred: Ricoma, Tajima, Brother, etc.)
Read and follow embroidery designs, specs, and thread color charts
Hoop and align garments properly for high-quality output
Trim, finish, and inspect each piece for quality control
Organize and track orders to ensure timely completion
Communicate with the team for custom design requirements and adjustments
Requirements:
Prior experience with embroidery machines (1+ year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings
Comfortable working with towels, blankets, baby items, and clothing
Able to meet daily production goals
Preferred:
Experience using software like Chroma, Wilcom, or Hatch for design file adjustments
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
Location: Fairfield, NJ (on-site position)
Compensation: $19 per hour
