We are seeking a dependable, motivated Fence Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate takes pride in hands-on work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality installations that meet Jan Fence’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
Install residential and commercial fencing systems including:
o Wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and ornamental fences
Read and follow layout plans, job specifications, and property lines
Dig post holes, set posts, and ensure proper alignment and level
Safely operate hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery
Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
5 Years Lead Foreman installation experience a must
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of industry tools and construction practices
