We’re a small custom woodworking and flooring shop specializing in one-of-a-kind wood flooring patterns, stair parts, transition pieces, and other custom millwork components. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented woodworker to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
Operate woodworking machinery such as shaper, table saw, planer, jointer, and sanders
Fabricate and finish custom wood components to precise specifications
Read and interpret shop drawings or templates
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with the team on specialty flooring and stair projects
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional woodworking experience
Proficient with all major woodworking tools and power equipment
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and efficiently
We Offer:
