Czar Inc is a high-end custom mill shop looking for an experienced and motivated Finish Carpenter.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various types of woodworking machinery
Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and doors
Erect scaffolding and ladders as needed
Collaborate with Cabinet Maker(s) and Project Manager(s) to complete project
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blue prints
Wearing requisite uniform and taking necessary precautions to remain safe Steel-toed boots are required
Qualifications:
Must be willing to travel locally for deliveries
3 years carpentry experience
Team player with strong work ethics
Ability to use common hand tools and power tools
Troubleshooting and communication skills
Physical fitness, including ease of movement and the capacity to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ensure installation stays on schedule
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing workmanship
English written, reading, spoken preferred
