Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient alarm installation and maintenance.
Manage and dispatch work orders with precision.
Monitor alarm systems maintenance and performance
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues.
Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dispatch, coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems and dispatch software is a plus.
