We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fire Equipment Inspection Technician to join our team. If you have experience in fire protection services, we would love to hear from you!
Location: Little Ferry, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $25-30 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, installations, testing, and maintenance of fire extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, and other fire safety equipment.
- Ensure that all work complies with local and national fire codes.
- Document inspections and report any required repairs or replacements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety inspections.
- Familiarity with fire codes and regulations.
- Fire Inspector Certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability.
- Valid driver’s license.
