Title: Hiring Experienced Residential Framer – Full-Time Position
Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Framer to join our crew for ongoing home construction projects in the Bergen County area of NJ. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, solid framing experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other framing materials
- Construct floor systems, walls, and roof structures
- Install doors, windows, and subfloors
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of residential framing experience
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or roofs
Familiarity with power tools and safety procedures
Positive attitude and punctuality are a must
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
(Some weekends as needed)
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience
