1. Commercial Experience – 10 years, please provide a list of commercial projects and photos of commercial installation
2. Must provide proof of insurance (Sample COI with requirements attached), if you have a crew(s) must provide proof of workers compensation insurance as well. If you have subs they must provide proof that they have liability insurance
3. Must provide your own tools and specialty tools
5. Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
4. Travel and overnight stays are a requirement
