We are hiring immediately for a Building Maintenance person to join our team in New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance and a proactive approach to maintaining facilities in top condition.
We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance
Must know some electrical, carpentry, and flooring work
Basic understanding of boilers and furnaces
Bilingual – English and Spanish required
Must have own car / reliable transportation
What You’ll Do:
Maintain the buildings
Weatherproof with the help of licensed artisans when needed.
Make sure buildings are up to code.
Do handyman repairs.
Keep building inside and out clean, including snow removal.
