AirCo Heating & Cooling, a leading HVAC company in Sussex County, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our expanding team. We specialize in providing top-notch heating and cooling solutions for both commercial and residential clients.
What You'll Do:
Install complete HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, in commercial and residential buildings.
Accurately measure, fabricate, and install ductwork systems, ensuring optimal airflow and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
Perform start-up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
Proven ability to install HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
Experience with various ductwork materials and fabrication methods.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
