We are looking for a creative, well rounded, highly motivated, team-oriented person to continue our tradition of building creative, unique outdoor living areas for our residential and commercial design build customers. This position requires a proven effective leader with good character, integrity and possess the ability to lead, mentor and instruct others in excellence.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of five years’ experience operating in a supervisory position in landscape construction.
Must be able to communicate in English, Bilingual preferred but not required
Clean, valid driver’s license. CDL Class A or B license a plus.
Proficiency with landscape equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, transit/laser grade change calculations, saws, etc.) and truck/trailer driving with machinery hauling.
Hands on experience with installations of concrete pavers, natural stone patios, retaining walls (concrete block & natural stone), outdoor kitchens, waterfalls, and fireplaces.
Ability to identify plants and maintain proper planting techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be able read and implement landscape designs. Be a creative thinker and problem solver in the field as conditions warrant.
Strong ability to communicate and lead crew in an organized, professional manner.
Good mechanical, math, writing and communication skills.
You need to be in good physical condition and be able meet any physical demand (lifting up to 80lbs., on your feet for long durations, bending, squatting, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions)
Customer service is a core belief in our company. Be our onsite ambassador to our client. Able to speak to the customer, maintain customer confidence and up sell when needed. You must be friendly, professional, and courteous.
Maintain quality standards and a clean jobsite daily. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project.
Lead & train employees to complete projects within the guidelines & timeframe without sacrificing quality
