We need a smart, detail-obsessed ESTIMATOR who knows how to break down a project, think in materials and labor hours—not fairy dust—and help us stay profitable while delivering top-tier craftsmanship.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Can read architectural drawings like a bedtime story
Are fluent in takeoffs, materials, and millwork lingo
Know how to estimate both in the shop and on-site work
Have experience with kitchens, built-ins, trim, closets—or want to learn fast
Can work with spreadsheets, or estimating software (even better) - we can teach this most importantly that you understand the industry and construction labor, materials etc.
Don’t need babysitting or corporate fluff
