7+ years hands-on experience in construction and remodeling
Own transportation (car/truck) and basic tools
Skilled in framing, drywall, tile, trim, flooring, and carpentry
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality results
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Bonus if experienced in masonry, concrete, or exterior projects
