POSITION: Office Assistant / Secretary
HOURS: 5 days per week, 7:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday, 1/2 hour lunch.
LOCATION: Franklin Lakes, NJ
We are an HVAC Contractor with an office in Franklin Lakes, NJ, and we are looking to hire an employee to work in our office.
Typical examples of work include answering the phone, scheduling new clients, data entry, managing field employees, scheduling inspections with building departments, and making payments to subs/vendors.
Must be at least proficient with QuickBooks.
Must have skills and experience in an office setting.
Must have experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or other home improvement skills
Position is full-time
Must have a pleasant phone demeanor.
Must be organized and independent.
Skills in accounting and bookkeeping are desired.
Pay is negotiable based on your skills.
