We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Person to support our service operations and help keep our equipment moving.
Job Summary
The Parts Person plays a key role in supporting the service team by sourcing, organizing, and distributing the correct parts for repair jobs, installations, and routine maintenance. This position requires good communication, a sense of urgency, and a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Assist technicians and service manages in locating and ordering required parts
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Track and follow up on outstanding orders and backorders
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing
Keep the parts room clean, organized, and well-stocked
Prepare and issue parts for scheduled service jobs
Provide excellent internal customer service to technicians and other departments
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related role
Familiarity with mechanical or industrial equipment is a plus
STRONG computer skills and experience with inventory software (Service Fusion)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
