Hiring: Experienced Superintendent with Vehicle
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Superintendent for immediate hire. The ideal candidate must:
Have a car and be willing to travel between properties
Be experienced in plumbing and electrical work
Be able to install hot water boilers for apartment buildings
Have knowledge of general construction and repair
This is a hands-on position with steady work. Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
