We have a circular hole about 25 inches in diameter that needs to be sealed/covered with a metal plate. We have the original metal or tin plate that was used before, but it was held with duct tape.
Hole has to be sealed by a licensed HVAC professional and we will require a receipt for the work since this is part of a requested repair from our home buyer.
This is a superfast job if you have the tools for it which will take less than one hour, probably not more than 30 minutes.
