We’re hiring a residential carpenter with 5–10 years of experience for a high-end custom build in Basking Ridge. This is a contract-to-hire role, perform well over 6.5 months and you’ll have the opportunity to join the company full-time.
The Work:
A 9-month, high-end residential build requiring both rough and finish carpentry, from framing and layout to trim and custom millwork.
Responsibilities:
All phases of rough and finish carpentry
Read and follow blueprints
Install cabinetry, built-ins, molding, staircases, doors
Maintain clean, safe worksite
Work with a skilled, quality-driven team
Requirements:
5–10 years residential carpentry experience
Skilled in both rough and finish work
Own tools + reliable transportation
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Able to work independently and take direction
