small bathroom remodel. current shower has water issues. The floor tiles keep coming loose cause of deflection. We want a white and black bathroom, with subway tiles and black grout, we want the shower to be water proof, new custom shower pan, new shower door, fix all water issues fix ceiling sheet. rock, fix door to bathroom, maybe 1 wall 1/2 tile same as shower behind vanity and toilet. install new vanity, re install toilet. paint and finish
