Window Installer Needed – Full Time (Experienced)
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable window installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong knowledge and experience in all phases of window installation, from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be able to handle projects independently, as well as lead or work alongside a crew to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete window installation from prep to finish (removals, framing, sealing, caulking, and trim work).
Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company quality standards.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Manage projects efficiently, keeping to timelines and handling challenges as they arise.
Travel to various job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional window installer with a strong work history.
In-depth knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices for window installation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
Leadership skills to direct a crew when required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working with heavy materials.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions year-round.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
