What We’re Looking For:
We need a reliable, hands-on Installation Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll assist with local NYC/NJ installations and occasionally travel across the country, working with a small crew or gig workers. This role starts as a contract position but offers opportunities to transition into a full-time leadership role with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for installations.
Measure, cut, and accurately apply whiteboard films (ensuring smooth, bubble-free results). Similar to window tint, vinyl wall covering, and wallpaper.
Communicate professionally with school principals, custodial staff, and on-site personnel.
[Future Responsibilities] - Manage installation timelines, coordinating and supervising a small crew of gig workers.
[Future Responsibilities] - Plan your own travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and managing schedules.
Requirements:
NYC/NJ-based, with ability to travel nationwide (expenses paid).
Comfortable using power tools and performing physical, hands-on tasks.
Strong leadership and communication skills; previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexible schedule; availability nights/weekends as needed.
