We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our Morristown workroom team. The position involves assembling Roman shades, tracks, and other custom window treatment components. No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and fabrication of Roman shades, tracks, and other window treatment systems.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow instructions and quality standards to ensure precision and consistency in production.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive workroom atmosphere.
