- Display a thorough knowledge of NJ/PA and NY area
-Drops to airports and Pickup's from airports
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
Dispatching calls to couriers
Following up with issues from pickups
Problem resolution
Speaking directly to clients
Researching pickup details
Multitasking
Utilizing both desk and cell phone
Route review to assure pickups occur properly.
Dispatcher experience needed and not a work from home opportunity
Encourage and motivate all drivers to meet maximum potential while maintaining delivery time specifications.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Shifts available
Saturday and Sunday 12PM to 8PM or 6am to 6pm Part time
Saturday thru Wednesday or Monday Thru Thursday
