We are growing trucking company with the fleet size of 20 trucks. We are looking for a dispatcher to join our team.
Ideal candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer use, including office programs and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with parties involved in the transportation process.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate and schedule deliveries, track shipments, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Preferably has experience in the transportation industry
- Preferably speak Russian
