Dispatcher / Operations Supv.

Dispatcher/operations coordinator with working knowledge of the New York/New Jersey Tri state area and strong customer service skills. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts or vendors might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and vendors. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to csr/operations specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer inquiries. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Dispatch Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls/emails from clients contractors and agents

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and vendors through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Provide operational support that provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits allowed; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills

Proven customer and vendor support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year / more if additional experience is discussed

Schedule:

8 hour shift + potential on-call coverage

Moonachie, NJ 07074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
