Description:
A leading boutique commercial real estate company in New York seeks a reliable Part-Time Driving and Personal Assistant. This role involves travel from Fair Lawn, New Jersey to Manhattan and Brooklyn, perfectly suited for individuals who enjoy driving and excel at organizational tasks. The position is initially for one or two days a week, primarily on Fridays and/or Sundays, with a clear path for growth into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities:
- Providing transportation for company executives between Fair Lawn, NJ, and specified locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and returning.
- Assisting with scheduling, managing appointments, and general organizational tasks.
- Running errands.
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
- Supporting the company's executive with various personal assistant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in New Jersey, preferably near Fair Lawn.
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with NYC traffic patterns and navigation.
- Previous experience in driving or personal assistant roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and communication skills are essential.
- Professional demeanor with the flexibility to work on Fridays and/or Sundays.
- Ability to work part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time position.
Working Hours and Compensation:
- Working days will be 8-10 hours. (Once or twice a week)
- Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, with potential bonuses based on performance.
Additional Information:
You will be driving a new BMW electric iX or BMW X5 from Fair Lawn, NJ, to New York and back. Given the value of the vehicles, an excellent driving record and extensive driving experience are crucial.
