Vector Logistics inc. is now seeking ONE Delivery Driver for permanent job opportunity. Schedule is Mon to Fri starting at 10:00 am for 8 to 9 hours a day. Drivers will be responsible for driving step van (22 foot trucks) for delivering and picking up packages.
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITH MIN 16 FOOT TRUCKS OR STEPVANS.
Experience of Uber etc in cars are NOT acceptable.

Pay: $1000 - $1050 per week depending on experience
Qualification:
-At least 21 years of age
-Monday through Friday
-1 Year of commercial driving experience desirable, 6 months necessary
-Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle
-Must pass background check and drug test
-Clean driving record
-Must be punctual, reliable and honest
Delivery drivers have a variety of duties in addition to driving their routes and making their deliveries. Important responsibilities include:
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
- Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries
- Meeting delivery deadlines
- Performing basic truck inspection such as lights etc
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Tracking shipments and deliveries
- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
