We are currently looking for a Last Mile Specialist, this specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing product distribution. It will also serve as a liaison with our Client, so excellent communication skills are required.

Strong Logistics experience and coordination.
This person must be fluent in English, bilingual is not required, will work from Monday – Friday, hours will be discussed during the interview, and it is to start immediately.
Offered hourly rate is $21.
Capabilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using order management and tracking software.
Strong data entry, data analysis, and report-generating skills.
Microsoft Excel knowledge including SUMIF, COUNTIF, Vlookup functions, pivot tables etc.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with third-party courier services to schedule order pickup, shipment, tracking, and customer delivery.
Address Client issues promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enhance the customer experience by providing real-time order visibility, tracking, and notifications.
Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
Perform any other related tasks
