We're seeking an experienced call center and/or dispatch representative! Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the route planning and execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations. As a seasonal dispatch admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to our centralized dispatch team.
Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
Providing shipping details to customers
Reviewing logs of truck drivers
Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
