CSM Trucking is a company dedicated to the intermodal services in the ports of NY/NJ.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative is not afraid of change, able to look for ways to improve processes and procedures and willing to work as a team. Great communication skills a must. Growth opportunities available.
Some main responsibilities will include working as a team to share in the following;
· Ensure Safety Compliance is being maintained. Follow-up & manage any driver that is not following safety measures, including potential training or corrective action to be taken.
· Manage that company is meeting and exceeding all FMCAS safety aspects. Implementing plan or corrective action measurements.
· Manage follow-up with any driver involved in accident or incident and access training needs and completion of training program & disciplinary action.
· Manage administering and ensuring that company is meeting all DOT Drug & Alcohol regulations.
· Assist with ensuring that all drivers are compliant with medical cards, driver’s licenses, annual reviews.
· Monitoring of drivers Hours of Service to ensure compliance

Experience is not needed, will train.
The right candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and work a full-time shift from 8:00am/5:00pm. Monday thru Friday.
