Execute transition of contacts from Outlook to Mail Chimp.
From Mail Chimp implement and manage email blasts occurring once per month.
These blasts would be from automated mail directed by mail chimp and manually
initiated blasts that would include for sale or sold flyers. Ideally the candidate would
be designing these templates with graphics and copy supplied by the company.
Data base management. Coordination of and entering into mail chimp contacts
coming in from a new web site due to launch mid February.
The new web site is a word press site so if there is familiarity the candidate would be
making updates to the site.
Distribution of press releases to 4-6 regional CRE entities...approximately once per month.
Candidate having some background with Mail Chimp or a similar entity is a requirement.
Position is part time...we estimate about 10-12 hours per week.....
possibly a little more the first week or two.
How these hours are allocated within a week is flexible.
There is opportunity for the position to become full time adding duties in a direction
that might best fit person's background, ability and preference.
