As the Lead Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic, you will provide technical leadership while maintaining and troubleshooting the heavy equipment that keeps our terminal moving.Responsibilities:Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy mobile equipment (forklifts, cranes, loaders)Schedule and track maintenance tasks using CMMS (Maximo)Manage vendors and parts procurement as neededEnsure safety and ISO/HSSE compliance in all activitiesMentor and support maintenance team membersWhat You Need to Succeed:5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience; leadership experience is a plusStrong skills in diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems diagnosticsProficiency with CMMS systems (preferably Maximo)Valid driver’s license; TWIC card required or ability to obtainAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies
