Bergen Logistics is seeking a passionate Content Marketer who excels at developing and distributing impactful content through ABM and social distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong narrative skills, a high level of literacy, and the ability to proactively seek insights from experts and stakeholders, rather than relying solely on AI-generated content. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and highly productive. Additionally, they should possess strong design skills for creating visually appealing materials and have experience in publishing and moderating content on social media platforms. Duties and Responsibilities
Create compelling and relevant content for Bergen’s clients and ICPs.
Manage strategies for distributing content to generic and targeted audiences.
Write engaging copy for content assets, social media, and digital advertisement.
Monitor and engage with Bergen’s targeted audiences through ABM campaigns: email, social media, industry platforms.
Work effectively cross departmentally to engage team members and develop specialized content.
Create and manage content calendar to plan, execute and publish content for ABM and social media channels.
Develop content and strategies for web site enhancements.
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Requirements
BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field or proven work experience as a Content Marketing Associate, Content Marketing Assistant or similar role
Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content supported by thorough research and specialist insights.
Capable of actively gathering necessary information and feedback from experts and stakeholders, with strong in-person communication skills and persistence.
Experience in creating, scheduling, and moderating posts on various social media platforms, ensuring content is tailored to each platform’s audience and requirements.
Proficient in using WordPress for content creation and management, with a solid understanding of SEO principles for content optimization.
Competence in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to develop visually appealing creatives that enhance content.
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, GSuite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
