Description Very stable mid-size engineering and construction company located in Western Morris County is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team due to the growth of the organization. The successful candidate should have an Accounting Degree and 4+ years of solid hands-on accounting experience. Prefer candidates that have a mix of public accounting and private industry experience. Construction industry or percentage of completing accounting and financial reporting experience is a plus here but not required. Will be responsible for Month End Close, dashboard reporting, project data,and assisting with payroll accounting as well. Must have strong Excel skills and any experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus. Very high exposure and will report to the Controller of the company. Prefer Cognos or other mid - larger ERP system experience. Company offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive salary in the $80-105k range depending on experience and a good work / life balance.
