7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, heavily focused on security
What’s the Job?
Responsible for owning several digital quality operations activities across two Salesforce orgs.
Perform twice-yearly privileged activity reviews for each of two Salesforce orgs
Monitor the health and functionality of operational tools (Own Backup, Own Archive, Own Secure) for each of two Salesforce orgs
Establish and execute yearly Data/Metadata recovery testing for each of two Salesforce orgs
Analyze and improve the automated semesterly user account recertification process for each of two Salesforce orgs
Ensure digital compliance requirement controls are properly dispositioned and being met by Client/vendors, provide input into meeting requirements
Capability exploration, proofs of concept in Salesforce
Help clear backlog of compliance responsibilities
