Description We are in the market for a Corporate Attorney/Lawyer to join our team located in Pennington, New Jersey. As a Corporate Attorney/Lawyer, you will be involved in various aspects of corporate transactional law, including drafting and reviewing contracts and operating agreements. This role provides a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Engage in corporate transactional law activities Draft and review operating agreements Handle contract review and negotiations Utilize Case Management Software for efficient workflow Implement Document Management strategies for organized record-keeping Conduct Briefing and Civil Litigation tasks as necessary Oversee Claim Administration processes Manage Complaint Handling procedures Stay updated with the latest in Consumer Electronics Apply knowledge of Corporate Law in all relevant tasks Conduct Contract Negotiations with clients and partners Use Adobe Acrobat and 3M tools for various tasks Requirements Possess proficiency in using 3M software for efficient data management and organization. High level of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and sharing. Must have experience with Case Management Software for streamlining legal processes and case handling. Experience with Conveyancer software for real estate transactions and legal document preparation. Has a deep understanding of Document Management processes for efficient record keeping and retrieval. Must have strong briefing skills for effective communication of case details and strategies. Extensive knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation is required. Must be capable of efficient Claim Administration to handle legal claims and disputes. Proven experience in Complaint Handling, ensuring all client complaints are addressed and resolved professionally. Knowledge of Consumer Electronics for handling legal matters in the electronics sector. Deep understanding and experience in Corporate Law is essential for managing legal affairs of the corporation. Excellent Contract Negotiation skills for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts on behalf of the corporation.
