job detailsjob summary:Enterprise Architecture Management is seeking a strong PM to drive major initiatives related to Architecture Management, as well as provide support to other functions in the team like process, issue management, metrics, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities · Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivery of a Solution Design reviews which requires engagement from various key stakeholders both within the team and outside · Execute and manage monthly SPI metrics process · The candidate would be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution · Responsible to reconcile large sets of data and provide status updates via executive summaries and reports to stakeholders and leadershipRequired Skills· Excellent oral and written communication skills · Excellent time management and prioritization skill with the ability to communicate effectively with senior levels of management · Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision · Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel · strong Meeting Facilitation and Presentation skills · Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio required · JIRA proficiency · Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership) · Must possess analytical and problem-solving skillslocation: Pennington, New Jerseyjob type: Contractsalary: $58 - 62 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Risk Management: Risk mindset with process and controls background; actively debate and escalate issues and concerns - Communication: Communicate information and issues across cross-functional stakeholders including users, support partners and senior leaders - Collaboration: Create common goals and gain agreement on how individuals will work together to achieve resultsqualifications:
