Requirements:
1). PMP Certification
2). Project Manager role held for 5+ years
3). Banking/Financial Services Industry experience
4). Complete the core Project Management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, scope management, risk management, issue management and prioritization.
Role Description The Delivery Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. They bring a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate is a passionate project manager who enjoys working on technology projects and being part of a skill group with like-minded agile professionals. Responsibilities Include Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on) Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
Project status oversight and reporting on delays/risks/issues across priorities such as MRA2 and SDM Data quality support, such as reviewing reports and partnering with project managers on timely corrections Portfolio/Program oversight and regular required updates such as tangible business outcomes and metrics Quality assurance reviews and audits
