Description We are in search of a Network Architect to join our team located in Piscataway, New Jersey. In this role, the Network Architect will be integral to the design and maintenance of our global, mixed-vendor network backbone. The position will demand ensuring that the network meets growth demands and delivers high availability and performance to our customers.Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, including new locations, migrations, and decommissioning. Develop a roadmap for improvement by identifying and resolving shortfalls, vulnerabilities, and risks in current network designs. Provide technical leadership and consultation on next-generation technologies. Create technical design documents aligned with solution specifications. Develop and enforce technical and security standards for network designs, configurations, and updates. Lead infrastructure design projects across multiple vendors and technologies. Offer technical support and expertise to the engineering team during incidents, planned work, and projects. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is necessary. Experience with Cisco ASA is required. Must be skilled in using Cisco Nexus. Familiarity with Cisco Routers is essential. Must have expertise in Cisco Technologies. Knowledge of AB Testing methods is needed. Ability to work with AWS Technologies is mandatory. Understanding of Computer Hardware is expected. Proficiency in Configuration Management is necessary. Must be able to handle Connectivity issues.
