Key Areas Of Responsibility Backend web development using python (Flask), jQuery, Bootstrap Developing python based APIs utilizing AWS Lambda and API Gateway services Design and support GSI's online data platform tools and scripts Ad-hoc python script development for data gathering and processing Collaborating with team for code management and deployment What You'll Need Proven work experience utilizing Python Experience with RDMS and SQL Functional knowledge of working with APIs Familiar with AWS or related cloud services Interest in building data pipelines and applications Ability and desire to take full ownership of projects, driving them forward to completion Experience with GIT and Visual Studio Code Nice-to-haves Experience with Serverless Application Development Experience with Amazon Redshift, Athena, Lambda Experience developing with Docker containers Experience in the machine learning space Experience with Pandas
