Description We are offering an opportunity for a Receptionist in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, 08742, United States. As a Receptionist, you will be pivotal in delivering a top-tier customer service experience to employees and visitors of the building. This role involves being the initial contact point for all entrants, overseeing support for the team, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client needs are met.Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service to the clients and visitors. Act as the first point of contact for everyone entering the facility, maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes, adhere to security protocols, and escort visitors to their destination. Address and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers in a detail oriented, customer service-oriented manner. Coordinate meetings and ensure the care of equipment. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. Work with minimal supervision, following specific instructions given by the manager. Suggest improvements to existing processes and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. Work in close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure client needs are met. Manage identification and assign badging as needed. Ensure timely receipt and shipment of deliveries. Adapt and multi-task throughout the day to serve clients' needs. Support facilities in moves and events. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complaints professionally Understanding of office procedures and ability to execute them efficiently Experience with receptionist duties, including managing deliveries and vendors Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage onsite operations Familiarity with property and facility management, including handling work orders Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to use Mindset Software and About Time software Understanding of security protocols and ability to ensure visitor security Ability to multitask and coordinate meetings effectively Punctuality and reliability are essential, including having reliable transportation Knowledge and experience in dealing with vendors and deliveries Ability to handle visitor inquiries and direct them appropriately Experience in maintaining a secure environment in the facility.
