Job DescriptionWe are in search of a strategic leader for the role of Associate Director, Stakeholder Insights and Engagement, who will spearhead our organization's efforts to understand, analyze, and engage with diverse stakeholders. This position will be pivotal in driving stakeholder-centered approaches, establishing meaningful connections, and using insights to shape our organization's engagement strategies and decision-making. The successful candidate will have a crucial role in shaping our stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring that stakeholder perspectives and needs are central to our organizational endeavors.This role is essential in crafting and overseeing the stakeholder and influencer engagement strategy for HHDDA. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance overall engagement experiences for HHDDA's top internal stakeholders and consumers. The individual will collaborate with top program leads, the business insights delivery team, and HHDDA leadership to facilitate knowledge sharing and education among stakeholders across the organization, ensuring they are well-informed about the core principles of the HHDDA's top programs and strategic portfolio, and engaged throughout the change process.The Associate Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.Tasks will include:

Lead the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder insights and engagement strategy – for pan HH -, utilizing data and analysis to gain a deep understanding of diverse stakeholder groups' needs, interests, and preferences.

Establish mechanisms for gathering stakeholder feedback and insights, conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and leveraging data analytics to identify trends and patterns.

Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations based on stakeholder insights to inform organizational strategies, decision-making, and operational planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TCM delivery, top programs and business delivery as well as HHDDA business partners to ensure alignment and integration of stakeholder insights and engagement across the organization.

Act as a strategic advisor to ELT and People Managers providing insights and recommendations on stakeholder-related matters, issue management, and reputational impact.

Enhance the organization's reputation by advancing stakeholder engagement efforts that demonstrate our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Drive innovation in stakeholder engagement strategies by leveraging emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and impact of our engagements

Establish metrics and measurement methods to evaluate the impact of stakeholder engagement initiatives, using insights to continuously improve engagement practices and demonstrate the value of stakeholder engagement to the organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Business Administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or a related field.

Proven leadership knowledge of stakeholder insights, engagement, or related roles

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from stakeholder data and feedback

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups

Strategic thinking and the ability to align stakeholder engagement efforts with organizational goals and values

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in utilizing stakeholder engagement tools and platforms.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage stakeholder engagement initiatives effectively.

Monitoring and evaluating stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

Knowledge of change management principles and practices is a plus.
