Lead the design of user centered experiences for web and mobile applications from concept to delivery ensuring designs align with user needs business goals and brand guidelines

Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers developers and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and implementable

Conduct user research and create user personas user stories and user flows to inform the design process

Create wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs and oversee the work of other designers to ensure consistency and quality across designs

Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience

Advocate for the user and ensure that designs prioritize accessibility inclusivity and usability Establish design guidelines design systems and design patterns to ensure consistency across products and projects

Mentor and guide other designers providing feedback and guidance on design best practices and methodologies

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience

Bachelors or Master s degree in design human computer interaction or a related field 7 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design process problem solving skills and impact on the user experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and manage a team of designers while maintaining a focus on user needs and business goals

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working with cross functional teams

Understanding of design systems design patterns and responsive design principles

Experience working in an Agile development environment Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
