Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Communications Coordinator based in Northvale, New Jersey. The role will be integral to our operations within the specialized footwear industry. As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, copywriting, project coordination, and administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of marketing projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery. Generate compelling social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to contribute to all marketing activities. Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, booking vendors, coordinating internal travel for meetings and events. Develop creative copy for emails and product descriptions to support marketing campaigns. Utilize Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials. Handle order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective marketing solutions. Leverage MS Office and other social media tools for efficient project management and communication.
