The employee will utilize warehouse equipment and RF scanners.Responsibilities
Receive Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming flower shipments for accuracy and quality
Keep coolers clean, safe, and organized by removing empty boxes, pallets, straps, and other materials that do not belong in the work area.
Pick orders using RF scanners or paper tickets.
Pack orders to prepare them for shipment.
Properly store flowers in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain their quality.
Handle materials of completed orders, stack boxes, shrink wrap, and stage pallets.
Essential Skills
Experience in packing, picking, and using pallet jacks.
Ability to work in cold storage environments.
Experience with RF scanners and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (36 degrees) for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Friendly attitude and adaptable to change in a positive manner.
Warehouse and equipment experience is a plus, but not necessary.
