A leading financial services company in Medford is seeking an experienced administrative tax assistant
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
This position will service and support clients for financial services professionals
Provide new business processing, customer support, account set e up and maintenance, and general administrative
duties
Professional demeanor required with clients both written and verbal
Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions and problem resolution
Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in fast-paced environment
Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and answer basic taxrelated questions
Maintaining confidentiality and data security of clients' financial information
Assisting with general administrative tasks related to tax preparation
Proficient in Word and Excel
2 years' experience working as a Tax Assistant preferred
