PART-TIME "Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper" - Must have a good working skill level for working in Intuit QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Starting Pay: $20 per hour, plus bonuses and commissions.
Up to 40 hours of paid sick time / Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. You earn 1 hour for each 30 hours worked.
Part Time: 15 to 20 hours per week.
Some flexibility in time and days wanting to work.
This a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to also learn tax preparation and payroll processing.

We are seeking a experienced Bookkeeper to perform full-service Bookkeeping.
1. Must also be able to review each general ledger account for errors.
2 To perform data entry and fix accounting transactions for many small business clients.
3. In addition, this position is responsible for entering data into accounting, payroll and tax software systems.
4. The person will also be performing general office duties such as scanning, filing, emailing, mailing, organizing the office, using the phone, etc.
Skills required:
Typing accuracy
Reviewing and checking work performed for accuracy
Trustworthiness - May need to pass a background check
Computer literate in Windows 7 and 10
Proficient with basic Word and Excel skills
Proficient with working with Adobe PDF files
Software to learn and use:
Intuit Pro-Series Income Tax preparation software
Intuit QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks online software
Accountants World Payroll Relief payroll software
APEX HCM payroll software
Remote Access software, such as GoToMyPC, Splash, right Networks, Remote PC, LogMeIn, etc.
