Extremely busy, small, growing telecommunications general contractor (30 employees) is looking for experienced, full charge bookkeeper. Hours can be flexible either a.m. hours or afternoon hours. Most thoroughly understand the contracting business and have total proficiency in QuickBooks duties included but not limited to:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliations
miscellaneous duties tied to purchasing/petty cash etc.
Experience in cash management helpful. Collections experience helpful Must be highly organized, quick thinking, team oriented, and the ability to negotiate and deal with new types of software platforms for various customers when necessary.
