Representative to join our team at the Auto Repair Shop. The ideal candidate should have:
-Some computer experience in Microsoft Office Programs
-Excellent customer service skills, and strong telephone skills.
-Good skills in Social Media & Digital Marketing.
-The role involves writing up automotive repair work orders for customers,scheduling customer appointments &tagging customer vehicles
-Receiving parts, checking out customers, typing invoicing & estimates, getting pricing & placing parts orders
-Calling customers, keeping organized, communicating with workers, being motivated as well as a quick learner.
-Basic knowledge of cars & parts is a must.
-The working hours are from-Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We welcome all interested applicants who meet these qualifications to apply for this position.
