Remote client service representative

Your main responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact between the client and our company, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with them.

- Understand the clients' needs and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.

- Keep clients updated on the progress of their projects and provide timely responses to their inquiries.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the growth of the company by securing new clients.

- Take ownership of resolving any client complaints or issues, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communications.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or account management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
